Aluminium Transfer Vessel
The PT Eden is a 10.3m aluminium transfer vessel that has been designed and purpose built to conduct safe transfer of pilots/personnel. She is fitted with a handrail and sliding track that runs unobstructed around the accommodation. Crew or pilots can utilise this with a lanyard when moving around the vessel for a vessel to vessel transfer. The vessel is fitted with a bow thruster that improves manoeuvrability at slow speed which has been useful when conducting survey operations in around wharfs and jetties. All accommodation spaces are fitted with A/C. The vessel has a designated rescue zone via a door in the transom and a very efficient MOB recovery system.
